Hi, I’m Randi Dahms — Physical Therapist, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and Founder of Uplift Movement.

I created Uplift Movement after years of working in both healthcare and fitness, where I witnessed just how powerful movement can be but how limiting our healthcare system can be.

My approach is bridging the gap between rehab and performance with a fitness-driven approach — whether you’re coming back from injury or chasing your next PR.
