Hi, I’m Randi Dahms — Physical Therapist, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and Founder of Uplift Movement.

I created Uplift Movement after years of working in both healthcare and fitness, where I witnessed just how powerful movement can be—not just for physical health, but for uplifting the whole person.

Too often, the traditional health and wellness world focuses on limitations—on what's "wrong" or what not to do. I’m here to change that narrative. Whether you're recovering from pain, training for performance, or simply looking to move better in everyday life, my mission is to help you rediscover what your body can do.

Through personalized care, evidence-based practice, and a whole-lifestyle approach, I aim to UPLIFT you—physically, mentally, and emotionally—through the power of movement.

    Personalized rehab plan that not only addresses your pain, but keeps you fit in the process. A customized approach built by a doctor of physical therapy that bridges the gap between rehab and fitness.

  • 1:1 COACHING

    A personalized training plan designed to help you get stronger, healthier, and improve performance in the activities you love—whether you’re training at home or in the gym.

  • PHYSICAL THERAPY

    IN-PERSON CASH-PAY. Injury rehab and performance training with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Specializing in personalized care for active individuals - whether you are dealing with pain, coming back from injury, or looking to optimize performance.
