  • Spend countless hours foam rolling, stretching, seeing massage therapists and chiros but haven’t found relief from your pain

IN-PERSON Physical Therapy

  • Want a holistic PT experience that looks at you as a person and athlete versus just the injury you’re dealing with

  • Want to work with someone who is not only an expert in injury rehabilitation, but also in strength and conditioning and sports performance

  • Have tried insurance based PT and hated battling insurance barriers or just didn’t feel like the experience was worth while

INCLUDED:

  • Complementary 20 minute phone call before you commit, to ensure we are a good fit

  • Session at Cal Coast Gym in Ventura, California including detailed examination of your injury, current training, and other factors affecting your recovery and performance

  • A detailed plan of care on day one to get you back to what you love

  • CASH-PAY ONLY, we will not bill your insurance
